Leslie's Studio 650$ US per month on contract 650$ US damage deposit required

Less than one block from the waterfront, and three to town square, Leslie's Studio is a pretty, bright studio apartment that includes a seating area, bar, window seat and complete kitchen, with stove, fridge and microwave. Fully air conditioned, and furnished with linens and kitchen accessories. Cable TV, and wireless internet available for a small extra charge. Renter pays electricity bill.

Contreras Apartments Monthly 7000 pesos (1-5 month) 6000 pesos - 6 Month Contract There is a 6000 peso damage deposit. Any damge done to the unit will be deducted. The damage deposit will be refunded after you have succesfully completed the contract.

These lovely new apartments feature one ample bedroom with mini-split a/c, full closet with sliding door, a new bed with bedding and bedside table with lamp. The kitchen features complete cabinets, new fridge, stove, and microwave, coffe maker, dishes, pots and pan, silverware and glasses. All rooms have curtains.The sala is furnished. The apartments are in two buildings, one each on the ground floor and one each on the second floor. Each has it's own electric hot water tank and gas inlets for washer and dryer. The two upper units each have a small patio off the bedroom. Close to the Preparatoria School in Colonia Jaral, One block to waterfront. The price also includes the services of a Rental Agent who will be on-call for you during your stay.
